Although this was Deanna’s first time selling a business, you would never have known it. She was incredibly knowledgeable and whenever something came up that she was unsure of, she quickly used her resources to find the right answers. The process ended up being far more involved than we initially expected, but Deanna was with us every step of the way. She was not only a great professional to work with, but also a wonderful mediator and a supportive friend throughout the entire experience. We are so grateful for her guidance and dedication.

Deanna is BRILLIANT. We went to three properties on Saturday and she was so easy to talk to, she has such good energy, knows what she's doing, and we don't feel like we need to worry about being pushed into anything asap or that she won't tell us about a potential issue she might notice that we haven't, etc. We're meeting with her tonight to go see another 4 properties. 

I used the Zillow app to search for homes and reach out to realtors. I was connected to a few other realtors before I was connected to Deanna, and she was the most responsive and consistent. She is very personable and knowledgeable, which I appreciated as a first-time homebuyer. She showed me quite a few houses, and was very patient with my selection process. I am grateful for the assistance she provided, and will definitely keep her in mind for future transactions.
